The Preseli Beast Bach is an off-road/fell running race of 10.8 miles set in the heart of the stunning Preseli hills, North Pembrokeshire, West Wales.

The Beast Bach (Small Beast) incorporates 1,700ft of uphill and takes in the highest point of the Preselis, Foel Cwmcerwyn. It's a tough run!

I'm raising money for a fantastic local charity, Sea Trust Wales, a charity working to promote better understanding of and better protection of local marine wildlife, and to raise awareness in the local community. The charity aim to inspire people to care about their local marine wildlife by opening their eyes to the stunning diversity of wildlife around the Welsh coast and engaging them in its protection.
