On March 22nd 2026, we will be running The Rome Marathon to raise money for a new Double Surf Ski for Southbourne Surf Lifesaving club.

Southbourne SLSC is an amazing community club that provides coaching, lifesaving skills and a competitive platform for members aged 7 and over. Its a place where people of all ages and abilities can learn, train, race and support one another.

A new double surf ski would make a huge difference to the club. It would allow more of our members to: compete in races, train safely and effectively and use a surf ski that can can be adjusted to suit everyone.

Out current double ski is older than many of our members and if you are under 5'4" you can't reach the peddles.

By supporting this fundraiser, you will be helping us invest in equipment that will benefit the whole club and make the sport more accessible to everyone.
