Many of you will remember Andy Bishop, who sadly took his own life 2 years ago. He was a good friend for many years and through this event we celebrate our memory of him, by running on his birthday. Andy himself was a keen runner, having completed the London Marathon, and he will appreciate the party at the end of the run - as will we!

Bereavement in all forms can be traumatic, however, suicide often brings a range of added emotions to navigate.

Suicide&Co is a national charity that supports those bereaved by suicide and seeks to open up the conversation around suicide-related grief. Our vision is to provide adults bereaved by suicide in England and Wales with timely and effective support because everyone deserves to feel like they have permission to grieve. Suicide&Co provides 12 sessions of one-to-one bereavement counselling to those who've lost a loved one to suicide. Every donation of £30 will help provide a counselling session.

Thanks to your support, we can provide a much-needed listening ear and support to those who are struggling with their loss. We help people to heal and build a life back up around their grief, enabling them to look forward with hope.
