After my Nana, Grandad & Grandma all had/ have heart issues - this is a charity close to my own heart ❤️ and raising anything towards medical research in this area will be an achievement for me.

I aim to swim 22miles (which is the distance between the UK and France)

I will be doing this in my local swimming pool over the next 12 weeks (hopefully much less - I’m aiming for 7/8 weeks.. (just to give myself that bit more of a challenge).

This is a total of 1,416 lengths of a 25m pool.
