Where do I start with this....I am taking part in this years London Marathon for British Heart Foundation in loving memory of the Grandad Frank Gray who sadly passed away in July of 2023. The BHF research they have completed over the years gave the chance for my beloved grandad to live to a full age rather then half age. He was one of the most kind and caring gentleman I have ever met and I am so grateful for the BHF keeping him alive so he could meet all his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Since joining the BHF team I have also now lost my Grandma Valerie Gary who sadly passed away in November.

My grandparents have so much to be thankful for thanks to the BHF so I would like to raise as much money as possible for such an amazing charity that keeps loved ones going.
