Story
Hey everyone!
Yep, it’s that time again.... I’ve signed up for another walking challenge! This time, I’ll be tackling a 26.2 mile walk (Yes that's a Marathon!!) along the beautiful Shakespeare Way in Stratford-upon-Avon. I’ll be joined by 120 of my colleagues, all marching (or hobbling) toward one goal, raising funds for The Samaritans, a truly incredible charity that offers a lifeline to those who need someone to talk to.
Let’s be honest, talking isn’t always easy, but it can make a huge impact! So while I dust off my walking boots (and try to remember how to walk further than to the coffee shop), I’d love your support. Please send good vibes, prayers, and if you can, a donation no matter how big or small, it all helps!
Many people find it hard to speak openly or ask for help, but talking can be life-saving – whether it's with a colleague, family member, friend or helpline like Samaritans. Every 10 seconds, Samaritans volunteers respond to a call for help. Samaritans are available, for free, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to listen and support people with whatever they are facing, with no judgement. It’s only your kind donations and 23,000 listening volunteers that ensure Samaritans can always be there for anyone struggling to cope. Thank you for your help.
