We are a husband and wife team taking on the Great Wall of China in October.

Both of us have battled with mental health over the years and resources are scares. Visyon is a gem of a charity. Supporting young children, adults and their families with mental health crisis, counselling, mentoring, workshops and provide resources to better help people across the Cheshire East region.

This challenge is the biggest and wildest event of our lives. Both physically and mentally. Tackling multiple hiking days, wild-weeing, basic accommodation, not to mention the incredible challenge of raising £6600 for Visyon. This isnt just one challenge, its a 6 month challenge, a 24/7 job made up of strong will, determination and learning. I can honestly say, my mental health has taken a battering too, I'm not one to give up on anything, so ill give it my all and sleep later 🤣
