Story
Gemma was loved by so many people, and I know that everyone who knew her will never forget the fun, laughter and happiness she brought into our lives.
I wanted to organise Gemma's Sunshine Walk as a way of bringing people together to remember her, share memories, and celebrate the amazing person she was. My hope is that it will be a morning full of smiles, stories and laughter – the kind of joy that Gemma brought to so many people.
One of Gemma's best friends, Cait, now works for PAPYRUS, a charity dedicated to the prevention of young suicide. PAPYRUS hosts awareness walks throughout July, and it felt like the perfect opportunity to honour Gemma's memory while raising funds for a cause that helps support young people and their families.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help support the vital work PAPYRUS does. Thank you for helping me celebrate Gemma, keep her memory shining bright, and support such an important cause.
☀️ Forever our sunshine, forever our Gemma. ☀️
