In a few weeks time I will be hitting the road, running the London Landmarks Half Marathon, raising money for Dementia UK.

It's no exaggeration to say, from my desk in the office , I could take a few steps (usually very stiff steps from training) in any direction and be standing next to someone who has a family member or friend with Dementia. My vivacious, charming and dear Aunt, being one such person.
