In loving memory of Geoff, who passed away on 13th April after living with dementia for over five years.

Geoff was an amazing husband, father and grandfather, loved by all who knew him.

Dementia is a truly cruel disease. It slowly takes away the memories and independence of the person you love, while leaving families to watch on helplessly. Despite everything, Geoff faced his journey with quiet strength and remained deeply loved every step of the way.

We are raising money for Dementia UK in his memory, to support the incredible work they do for families affected by this illness.
