🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️I'm running the London Marathon 2026. As well as the personal challenge of embarking on my first marathon I will also be running to benefit DENS, a charity helping those facing homelessness, poverty and social exclusion; to support and empower them to take the next positive step in their lives.

I work for Bugler Developments and as part of our work, we are involved in a scheme called the Paradise Depot in Hemel Hempstead. Part of this scheme is the building of a new office, café and food bank for DENS.

This marathon is my way of supporting them not just on the construction site, but also through this incredible fundraising challenge.

Your donation will directly contribute to the DENS vital work at providing a lifeline for so many people in the community. Below are examples of what your donations could pay for.

- £10 provides a shower and hot meal for tough sleepers at their Day Centre

- £20 provides a 3 day food parcel for an individual facing food poverty

- £100 funds and 8 week skills course for one client, teaching the skills needed to maintain a tenancy

- £300 funds one-to-one employment support to help a client get back into work.
