Every day, veterans and their families face battles that many of us cannot imagine — from painful injuries and mental trauma to disability and isolation. I am deeply grateful for the life-changing services provided by Help for Heroes, which offer vital support ranging from physical and mental health care to assistance with welfare and medical needs.

On 12 September 2026, I will be taking part in the Dartmoor Heroes Hike, a challenging walk across some of the most exposed and rugged terrain Dartmoor has to offer. This event is not just a test of endurance but a heartfelt commitment to ensuring that this specialist support continues for those who have given so much.
