Night to Remember 2024 · 7 September 2024 ·

Kingston Hospital Charity works with Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust to improve patient care and staff wellbeing. Thanks to our local community and supporters, we fund everything from small comforts to major refurbishments, advanced equipment, and innovative research.

Story

On Saturday night I will be walking 13 miles in memory of our gorgeous boy Jimmy, who passed away too soon after seven wonderful weeks.

That we got to spend a few more days with him was thanks to the amazing paramedics and emergency staff at Kingston Hospital, who did all they could.

We love you and miss you so much 💙xxxx

The charity has more details of what the money raised will go towards:

Fundraise to support families who suffer the agony of losing a child

We are asking all participants to raise as much sponsorship as possible. While there is no minimum, we are encouraging everyone to try and each raise £100. Our focus this year is to help ensure our paediatric service can offer every family who suffers the devastation of losing a child professional support, similar to the service now available to mothers who have experienced a fetal loss.
