Story
Back in 2015, I watched my first skydiving video and thought, "I have to do that someday." Eleven years later, I'm finally making it happen by jumping out of a plane on 12 August 2026 with Skydive Tilstock Freefall Club in support of Nature's SAFE.
This challenge is about more than the jump itself. Over the past few weeks, I've been on a weight-loss and fitness journey, training hard to get below 100 kg before the skydive. Every early morning gym session, every incline walk, and every healthy meal has been a step towards this moment.
For me, this isn't just about ticking something off my bucket list. It's about proving to myself that I can commit to a difficult goal and see it through whether that's stepping out of a plane or stepping away from old habits.
Nature's SAFE is dedicated to protecting endangered species from extinction, making this a cause well worth taking a leap for. Every donation, no matter the amount, will help me reach my £450 fundraising target while supporting their vital conservation work.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story. If you're able to donate or share my page, I'd be incredibly grateful. Your support means a great deal and will help make this challenge count for something even bigger.
