R1944
Campaign by Who Dares Cares (RCN SC047018)
Run, swim, walk, cycle or canoe to remember those that crossed the Channel to start the liberation of Europe 80 years ago. Not only will we remember the fallen, but also the living who returned home with combat exhaustion and lived with PTSD.

Story

Support me on my individual personal challenge for Who Dares Cares during 2024. I will run, swim, walk or cycle to remember those that crossed the Channel to start the liberation of Europe 80 years ago. Not only will I remember and honour the fallen that did not return home, but I will also remember the living who returned home with combat exhaustion and lived with the traumatic experiences from the war.

Let us be reminded of the veterans of all wars who suffer(ed) with PTSD. Some of these veterans are no longer with us through battling their own demons and at Who Dares Cares they always go a little further in supporting veterans suffering with PTSD in combating their condition and saving life's. I can only continue to support these veterans with your help in fundraising vital funds during campaign R1944. Your donations will make all the difference in supporting our veteran’s and making a difference to their lives as you never know who may be fighting a hard battle inside.
