I’m taking on the Tough Mudder 15k to raise money for Glass Door Homeless Charity, with some of the team at John D Wood & Co and in June I’ll also be doing a skydive for the same cause.

Homelessness is still a huge issue across London, with thousands of people sleeping rough or living in unstable accommodation. Glass Door works directly on the frontline, helping people move off the streets and rebuild their lives. They provide much more than emergency shelter — their trained caseworkers support people year-round with housing, employment, healthcare and long-term stability. During winter, they also open emergency accommodation to make sure people have a safe, warm place when they need it most. Every donation goes straight towards practical support, from hot meals and safe beds to specialist guidance that helps people get back on their feet.
