In 2015, we lost our dear friend Christopher Seymour.

Life hasn't been the same without him, but I'd like to think we've done him proud.

What started as a small 5 a side football tournament between friends has grown into something none of us could ever have imagined. More than a football tournament, it has become an annual family fun day that brings together hundreds of people to celebrate Chris's life, reconnect with old friends and raise money for incredible causes.

Over the past decade, thanks to the unbelievable support of our community, we've raised more than £50,000 for charity. It is something we're incredibly proud of and a legacy that Chris's family, friends and everyone involved should be proud of too.

This year marks the eighth tournament and, for me personally, it is the most meaningful one yet.

For the first time, we'll be raising money for Izzy's Impact, the melanoma awareness and prevention charity I helped establish following the loss of my partner, Izzy, in 2023.

Ever since losing Izzy, I've dreamed of bringing these two parts of my life together. To have the tournament we created in Chris's memory now supporting the charity created in Izzy's memory feels incredibly special and something I know they would both be proud of.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help us continue raising awareness of melanoma, promote prevention and early detection, educate more people and honour two incredible people who continue to inspire everything we do.
