Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I work for veolia at the Wem Depot and I am planning to walk roughly 27 miles From our Wem depot to the Veolia Oswestry Depot to raise valuable funds For Hope House children's Hospice.
I have Decided to raise money for Hope House in Memory of my Cousin Callum.
Callum lived with Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy, which meant he needed 24 hour care. He regularly went to Hope House for respite care until he sadly passed away aged 18.
I know that callum always loved it when he went to Hope house for respite care. callums parents always expressed how he spent most of his time at Hope house with his happy, cheeky smile and was loved by the staff who cared for him.
Hope house were able to provide quailty time to callums family when he became ill and somewhere private for the family to all be together when callum sadly passed away. In the time that followed, callums brothers Jack and Lewis were also given sibling support by hope house to help them with the sad loss of their brother.
Hope house have done so much for callums family and countless others, this is the reason why I feel so compelled to help raise money for Hope House, so they can continue to provide support for families like ours in the future.
