Story

The Salvation Army is a Christian Church & registered Charity working in 130 countries worldwide and is one of the largest and most diverse providers of social welfare in the world. George Williams House is a Lifehouse based in Fleetwood, and welcomes young people (aged 16-25) and families with children in to it's accommodation. Each flat is self-contained with all facilities included. As such, we are left with a small indoor communal area in which to enjoy activities, events and meetings. Therefore, we have put together a plan to have a Community Wellbeing Summer House in the garden. This will be a communal lounge area for young people and families to have meetings and engage in activities and events. We are in the very early stages of this project and we are hoping to have the full finances for this, however we need your support to allow us to continue to keep the project running. Your donations will go towards the costs of maintenance works, activities and any unexpected costs that may arise in respect of the Wellbeing Space. Anything you can donate, however big or small will be a fantastic contribution to this wonderful project!
