Staff members from Dryden School are running the Sunshine Run 5K on Wednesday 18th June with The Chronicle Sunshine Fund to support children with disabilities across the North East.

The Chronicle Sunshine Fund supports babies, children and young adults who are living with disabilities, additional needs and terminal illness in our region by funding specialist and life-changing equipment such as wheelchairs, beds, trikes, walking frames and IT equipment. They rely on the support and generosity of local communities, organisations and individuals as they receive no statutory funding.

We will be running this 5K in memory of Richard Weymes. Richard was a much loved parent of Haydn who attended Dryden School and was also a big supporter of The Chronicle Sunshine Fund and many other disability charities.
