Here in the UK we all take the right to a good education for granted, but this is very different in other countries such as Ghana, in Africa. I am lucky enough to be going to Ghana over the summer for two and a half weeks to help at the Awutu Winton school. Awutu Winton school is one of a very few non-fee-paying schools in Ghana, offering secondary education and I want to raise money to go directly to the school we are visiting. The school is run using charity donations. 100% of money raised will towards the following....

- running costs of the school to enable as many students to study as possible

- books, uniforms, and learning materials

- meals, so students can focus on their studies without worrying about hunger
