This year I had the opportunity through my work (shout out to team Hobbycraft in Yeovil) to visit our local children's hospice at the amazing Charlton Farm just outside Bristol. It was an amazing day where I got to see, not only the place itself, but also its holistic approach to caring for families with children with life limiting conditions. Together For Short Lives helps fund this vital & inspirational place as well as similar places throughout the country. I just want to do something personal to raise funds for this amazing cause (& if you know me you'd know I'm never going to be a 'fun' runner) getting my mane tamed seemed like the perfect plan.
