Ty Aberdafen is a Neurological Center in Llanelli providing rehabilitation and longer term care for predominantly adults with brain injuries. We have a beautiful unit but unfortunately the Welsh weather has not been kind to our gardens which now need some serious tlc. We are hoping to rebuild our raised beds and provide an outdoor seating area so our residents can enjoy both the physical and mental health benefits of being outside and growing our own vegetables. The picture above is our goal - as you can see it is ambitious but would be an amazing calm space for all to enjoy.

To help this mission a group of staff are challenging themselves by taking on the Llanelli Half Marathon on February 8th. We would be so grateful for any support given!
