In May 2025, my grandad passed away from Dementia. Leaving behind my grandma, his beloved wife and partner of over 60 years. With this in mind, I would like to give back to the older generation through the Charity Age UK Richmond.

During the last year I have moved from my hometown in Yorkshire down south to London, unfortunately meaning that I cannot help my grandma during this difficult period in her life as much as I would like to.

Age UK Richmond provides support for the older community that are in my grandmas position though wellbeing & social activities, telephone friendship & community connections and information & advice. With this in mind, I would like to raise money to help people just like my grandma, striving to ensure the older generation feel supported and loved by their families and communities.
