On Saturday 11 May I will be participating in a fundraising event, The Salford Quays Charity Dragon Boat Race. I will be rowing with other colleagues across Salford Quays in a series of heats and finals.

Barnabus is a Manchester Christian Homeless Charity bringing hope and transformation to people experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping in our City for 30 years.

Barnabus empower and equip people experiencing homelessness back into a home and independent living with the life skills they need to succeed. They do this through their Outreach, Support Centre, Healthcare and Supported Resettlement Tenancy Scheme. They help with accommodation, recovery from addictions and supporting physical and mental health needs.
