How Hard Can It Be? 🏃‍♂️💚

Apparently running one marathon wasn’t enough… so I decided to keep going! 😂

Over the past year I’ve been taking on marathon after marathon, combining my love of running with something that matters even more — raising money and awareness for brilliant charities along the way.

From Berlin to Amsterdam, Verona, Malaga and Rome — and with plenty more miles, questionable decisions and tired legs thrown in — it’s certainly been an adventure.

Now the next challenge is Venice Marathon, and a pretty special one at that, as 2026 marks the 40th anniversary of the Venice Marathon.

For this marathon, I’m running in support of Hillbrae Rescue Kennels, our chosen charity for the month.

Hillbrae do fantastic work caring for and rehoming dogs who need a second chance. As anyone who knows us will know, dogs are a huge part of our lives — and our pub! — so this is a charity very close to our hearts. 🐾

Every donation, however big or small, will help support the work they do and give dogs in need the care, safety and love they deserve.

And in return, I’ll do the easy bit…
