City Hospice is the only provider of a home-based specialist palliative care in Cardiff. Their services is free of charge, meaning the charity need to raise more than £3 million each year to ensure they can keep sending their nurses in to the local community.

This is a frankly ludicrous challenge, cycling from St Davids Cathedral to Llandaff Cathedral, almost 140 miles in one day!
