On the 5 July 2025 I will embark on Marie Curie's Beat Hadrian's Wall challenge, an 11 mile mile trail across a section of the world famous landmark.

This is in memory of our amazing dad and to thank Marie Curie for sending us guardian angels in disguise as nurses who helped us care for him and supported us through the night he died.

All the money raised will help Marie Curie provide vital care and support to people living with a terminal illness, and their families at the toughest time.

£3 helps fund a meal for a patient in one of their hospices.

£26 helps help fund an hour of bereavement support by phone or webchat.

£207 helps fund nine hours of overnight nursing care in a patient's home.
