We are participating in the Beast Race this year which is a 10km obstacle race to raise money for Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland charity to help support people affected by a stroke or any chest/heart conditions. It is a charity close to all of us and we really appreciate everyone's support.

My dad was diagnosed with heart disease when I was very young and suffered a heart attack too where he was so lucky to make it to the hospital to get the help he needed! There are many not as fortunate as my dad and CHSS are there to help support families through it!
