Story

Wow, thank goodness that’s over with! A really hot and uncomfortable day with my slowest marathon time ever, and I was hoping for a personal best.

Thank you to everyone that sponsored me, you did me proud. 👍🏻

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I've been very fortunate in gaining a charity space to run the London Marathon in 2025; I'll be running on behalf of the Fire Fighters Charity. If you know me or my background you will know how much work I do for this charity and how much it means to me personally.

If you could please help me to raise the minimum funding to make this a reality, it would be very much appreciated. I promise that if the minimum funding is achieved, I'll try to do the hard part of the task - running 26.2 miles! I'm also hoping for a personal best from this marathon, my current best marathon time is 4 hours and 9 minutes, I'd love to achieve a sub 4 hour marathon but only time will tell.

Please follow my training journey below, I'm allowing uploads from Strava so that you can see the efforts I'm putting in to prepare myself for this momentous occasion.
