After the sad news of Rob Burrow's passing it has prompted me after a few years to try and do my little bit to raise some funds and awareness for the MNDA.

My uncle Meirion Evans died from this cruel disease back in 2007 and this is in his memory.

I have decided to take part in the Leeds 10k also as a tribute to Rob Burrow.

Up until today I had not run more than approx 3k since having my knee op so this will be a bit of a challenge based on just over 2weeks to prepare
