I'm running to raise money for the fantastic work done by UCAN productions giving blind and visually impaired young people the tools to express themselves and realise their full potential. They are clebrating 18 years this year and deserve all the support we can give - see below

Sadly, not all blind or partially sighted children realise their full potential. This is almost always down to a lack of opportunity and the ability to self advocate.

UCAN works very hard to address both these challenges. Firstly by making sure there are regular creative activities that children and young people with sight loss can attend, and also by providing peer-led activities specially designed and delivered by the young people themselves.

Over the years UCAN has helped 100's of children and young people with sight loss have fun, make long lasting friendships and many have gone onto higher education and employment. With your help we can continue to deliver activities and train UCAN members to share their skills and their knowledge of living with sight loss to their young peers.
