FoSL exists to advance the education of the pupils, promote their wellbeing and to develop effective relationships between families and friends of past and present students and teachers. By building a strong family and fundraising network FoSL aims to give all pupils the best opportunities in life.

Story

For the past 5 months, I have been on a fundraising journey to raise as much money as possible for the St Louis Ballymena upcoming trip to Ghana.

St Louis Grammar School Ballymena supports the work of the St Louis Sisters, and since 2011, we have been paired with a sister school in Oku, Ghana. We have sent resources and financial aid since then to the school, and now in 2025, a group of 14 students including me will visit the school.

All money raised will go directly to different projects within the village, such as a small building project (like last time when a shower block was built), student workshops, planting projects, general maintenance and repair within the school and clinic especially, and providing some funds for the staff within the school.

I have a team gathered to run with me in the Belfast City Marathon Relay on May 4th this year.

All donations and support would be really greatly received and appreciated!
