Story

Sadly I suspect we all know a family affected by a Brain Tumour. When we ride with the Lions of Lycra we will be remembering Huw Peach, Gordon Woods, Chris Murphy, Stuart Piper ,Katy Long, Maureen Horsman, James Meikle and their families. We are also supporting Amanda Stevens and others who have recovered having endured a tough time at the hands of this brutal disease. If you want to join us and support a particular family please get in touch. The Lions are aiming to tackle a significant cycling challenge (100 miles for the very fit Lions, 60 miles for the quite fit Lions and 40 miles for the elderly and infirm Lions who drink too much!). Together the pride are hoping to raise some serious cash for this great charity on Sunday April the 7th by participating in the Strade of Shropshire organised by Velo.

The Lions are Dan Nicholas, Fenella Nicholas, Guy Peach, Felicity Peach, Paul Manser, Richard Case, Giles Bell, Andy Keulemans, Richard Jenkins, Will Reynolds who is running the Sheffield half marathon, Naomi Pritchard who is running a 10km and I know the Pride will grow!
