This year I am going to attempt to complete the Bob Graham Round in the Lake District in aid of Bright Northumbria.

My Dad, Charlie Brown, received fantastic care on the palliative care ward of the Wansbeck Hospital last year. My family and I are extremely grateful to all the staff for their support and kindness.

The Bob Graham involves running and walking around 66 miles over 42 peaks in the Lake District. A challenge which involves over 8000m of ascent.

It is going to be extremely hard work and I will need all the motivation I can get.
