I am taking on the incredible challenge of a skydive on 12 September 2026 to raise funds for CNWL NHS Health Charity.

As a proud member of staff at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust — a mental health and community health trust — I see every day the difference that compassionate care, innovation, and support can make to the lives of our patients, staff, and communities. That is why supporting CNWL NHS Health Charity means so much to me personally.

The charity is at the heart of CNWL, funding pioneering projects that go beyond what the NHS can provide alone. From enhancing mental health and wellbeing support, improving patient environments, and supporting staff initiatives to investing in innovative ideas that improve care and recovery, their work has a real and lasting impact on people’s lilives.I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to support such a vital cause, but I cannot do it alone.
