I have decided to take on the Manchester Half marathon on the 13th October to not only challenge myself to complete the toughest run I have ever done but also a chance to raise money and awareness for a charity close to my heart. As some of you may know my dad was diagnosed with Parkinson's several years ago and he has made us all so proud with how he tackles and overcomes all the obstacles it has thrown at him.
