Gather your friends, family and neighbours for a garden get-together and raise vital funds for some of the UK's best-loved nursing and health charities.

Story

I'm hosting a Summer Party to celebrate 30 years of life after cancer as part of the National Garden Scheme's Great British Garden Party this year. I'm asking my friends not to bring gifts or bottles but, if they would like to, to make a small donation to the National Garden Scheme instead .

Every donation, large or small, will help provide vital support for the wonderful work done by the beneficiary charities supported by the National Garden Scheme including Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie, Hospice UK and The Queen's Nursing Institute.
