Story
I have joined the amazing fourdaysrunning team this year who are undertaking an incredible challenge - this time running to as many castles in Kent and East Sussex as possible. The team will be running, cycling or walking around 110km (68 miles) over four days to 16 different castles!
I am in the running category - my biggest challenge ever but so very worth it to raise much needed funding for an amazing local charity.
CASPA is a unique, rapidly growing and award winning charity that was set up in 2002, based in Bromley, providing support to autistic children and young people, and also to their families.
Please support me and the fourdaysrunning team by giving whatever you can - it is greatly appreciated. This is no easy task for me but knowing that I may have contributed to support the CASPA community and of course the amazing fourdaysrunning team will keep me moving forward!!
