Helen are Gill (The Wandering Roses) are taking part in A Race across Lancashire to support the Lancashire Women Charity.

As in Race Across the World, we will journey from checkpoint to checkpoint, facing challenges, deciphering clues, and discovering hidden gems. Armed only with a limited travel budget and no mobile phone, we will race over 200 miles to the finish line! Think public buses instead of taxis, local footpaths instead of highways, and pure grit in place of luxury!

The charity Lancashire Women support over 6000 individuals each year across Lancashire, by offering a safe space for women to seek support and access a wide range of FREE services, including Mental Health & Wellbeing, Employment Support, Money, Debt & Energy Advice, and Justice & Safety.
