I'm joining the cross Morecambe Bay walk from Arnside to Grange Over Sands on Sunday 9th August. MS is a cause close to my heart as many of you will know.

Morecambe Bay is both beautiful and dangerous and can only be crossed at certain times of the year and under the leadership of the King's Guide to the Kent Estuary. It will be tough and I will ache after the walk and during all the training walks. However, it won't be as tough as living with MS.
