WaterAid is an international not-for-profit, determined to make clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene normal for everyone, everywhere within a generation. Only by tackling these three essentials in ways that last can people change their lives for good.

Sing for Water is a mass singing project that brings singers from many choirs together in concert to raise money for WaterAid projects in Africa. Sing For Water has raised well over a million pounds for WaterAid projects thanks to the tireless work of the creative teams, producers, choir leaders and singers in the UK and beyond.

Singers from Huddersfield have been participating in this project for over 20 years raising money for this fundamental human right for all people across the world. Our 2024 event is in Slaithwaite on Sunday 7th July and includes a special singing workshop, and street songs event.
