In October 2025 I will be undertaking one of the biggest walking challenges I have faced yet - in the foothills of The Himalayas!

Hiking in the heart of the worlds highest mountain range in Dharamsala where the Dalai Lama and the centre of the Tibetan community are located.The expedition follows the Uhl River through rhodendron and evergreen forests visiting isolated Buddhist monasteries.

This 5 day trek will involve ascents of over 3000m and wild camping but I am very much looking forward to this incredible challenge.

I will be raising funds for Myton Hospice and hope to reach my target of £4000 with a series of fundraising ideas. Thank you for your support- it means so much to me and the incredible charity that is Myton Hospice .
