I am doing this half marathon together with my granddaughter, Abi, to increase awareness and support for young people who are suffering with their mental health.

Thresholds for professional support are set too high meaning our young people are not getting the right help at the right time.

My beautiful granddaughter, Lucy, lost her battle and her life despite asking for all the help and wanting to get better. This is unacceptable.
