From the research for my forthcoming In Harmony With Menopause course, one of the most common symptoms women were struggling with was sleep disruption. A tool I’ve found that helps with this is Yoga Nidra, a form of guided meditation that takes our brain through a similar pattern to what it experiences when we are drifting off to sleep. I’ve found that Yoga Nidra can therefore be used to help send signals to the body to prepare for sleep. I’ve written and recorded a Yoga Nidra for Deep Sleep and relaxation and am challenging myself to 30 days of Yoga Nidra.
