Elf Wish Walk · 18 December 2023

We started out as a fundraising organization for Ronald McDonald House in 1978. In 1991 we reorganized and became a standalone 501(c)3 and granted wishes directly to the children instead of just donating money. It has been a blessing to kids and their families throughout the Will County area.

Story

On Monday 18th December the children will be taking part in an Elf Wish Walk to raise money for the 'Wishing Upon a Star' appeal. We will all dress in our best Elf outfits, carry our lanterns and meet back in the playground for a hot drink and treat... we are hoping Santa is not to busy to come and cheer the children on after their walk.

Any donations will be gladly accepted.

Wish Upon a Star has one simple mission, to grant the Wishes of children aged 4-16 who live with life threatening illnesses. Established in 19990, we have proudly granted over 18,500 Wishes as we support families who are facing unimaginable times.
