This year, our family is decorating our home with festive Christmas lights to help raise money for St Columba’s Hospice, a charity that holds a very special place in our hearts. We’ve lost close loved ones over the years, and St Columba’s supported them—with compassion, dignity, and kindness—more than we could ever have asked for. Creating this display is our way of giving back and honouring the people we miss, while helping the hospice continue its incredible work for other families in their most difficult moments.

St Columba’s Hospice Care provides palliative and end-of-life care for people with life-limiting illnesses and their families. We’re an independent charity at the heart of our local community and have been offering free, flexible and person-centred care and support to our patients and their families for over 40 years.
