Hello everyone!

This August, I’ll be doing something a little bit terrifying… jumping out of a plane! 

After a tough year, I wanted to push myself out of my comfort zone and do something positive.

So here I am… doing a skydive!

I’m taking on this challenge with one of my best friends to raise money for the Great North Air Ambulance Service — an incredible team who saved her granddaughter, Winnie’s life.

Winnie was just 11 months old when she had a seizure that lasted over an hour. The ground ambulance crew tried everything, but it wouldn’t stop — and the air ambulance was called.

They had to intubate her and place her into an induced coma, the only thing that stopped the seizure.

Thanks to the Air Ambulance team, Winnie is here today, along with countless other lives the service saves every year.

So this is about facing fears, supporting my friend, and giving something back.
