I have been supporting ARUK via The Perfume Shop’s fundraising for over 10 years. Every year I like a challenge to get behind - nothing too silly or scary.

This year it’s 28 Miles in February. I love tracking my daily steps so for me this is a “conscious” extra mile every day to fit into my silly schedule and the British weather.

And of course my late father in law, Richard, who suffered from dementia loved going for walks so it’s also in his memory.
