Well here I am doing another crazy challenge to help raise money for Support Dogs. This one is a HUGE personal challenge for me. Not only do I struggle with heights (my last abseil proved that) but cold water & caves terrify me Please help me to reach my target & raise some money for a fabulous cause

Support Dogs is a national charity dedicated to saving & improving the lives of children & adults living with some of the most challenging medical conditions. They train specialist assistance dogs that allow their clients to live a more independent & socially inclusive life. There are currently three different programmes for which support dogs are trained: autism assistance, physical disability assistance & epilepsy seizure alert. These dogs are invaluable to the people they support & help to improve their quality of life & that of their families. .
